Melanie H. Elmore, MBA, serves as Director of Career Development. Ms. Elmore obtained her Bachelor of Science in marketing from Auburn University and earned her MBA in general management from Troy University. In her role, Ms. Elmore coordinates ERAS application and the MSPE process as part of the pathway to residency.
